henry gThe truck was old, dirty ( used water bottles, used tissues and food rappers), smelled like cigarettes and i was given the truck with less then a quarter of a tank making me need to stop for gas before I even began my move. I later realized that the paper work marked a quarter of a tank even though it was less than that. I ended up putting more gas in it than I was even given to start with. The truck was really beat up wich prompted me to take photos of it before I left the lot because I didn't want to return the truck and be responsible for damage that was already there. The people handling the rental were very nice and fast with getting me the key, my complaint is mostly about the condition of the truck. The in-store guess experience was fine but if I wasn't out of time and needed the truck, I would have refused it and went down to another company for one because I was deeply concerned with the truck I was given. The worst part was I had to clean up all that trash and nastiness because I didn't want to be blamed for the condition it was given to me in. This is definitely the last time I use this company for a move if the quality of the trucks are kept so poorly, I'll stick to budget.
