I booked a 9' cargo van but they don't have that then from the customer care they provide me what they have and gave me at the same price, however at the time of delivery they charged me extra as compare to given price
. PThe people at true covience were great.But the overall experience was terrible. U-Haul moved my reservation to a town 1 hr away and did not tell me until I called them to confirm the rental. They need to improve communication with customers and their rental operators. My rental was managed through Edmonton office and the local shop had no control. Uhal should improve communication with customers.
