We originally had a reservation at the AmeriPawn on Lincoln Way. The two people working for U-Haul had no idea how to use the computer system, struggled to process the person’s reservation in front of us, we waited for 20 minutes past our reservation time and decided to go to the Newer Elements location. Quick & easy. Friendly staff.
