BENJAMIN LLock box combination had been changed, but system not updated. No one at store despite posted hours and ‘OPEN’ sign being lit. Area manager was 20 minutes out and even then it took 20 more minutes to get the lock box open. Hand truck and blankets were not in the truck as ordered. The UHaul area manager, Michael, really saved our bacon. Kudos to him. Super person!!

EDWARD ZHailey was incredibly helpful as my plans changed last minute due to a death in the family. She was friendly and compassionate, she made the changes seamless, it was easy on a really hard day. I will be using this facility for all my rental needs moving forward.
