The app was awful, I kept being put in a loop when checking in and returning the truck. Took me 25 min with the checkin process. Customer service chat was helpful though.

Hollis GIt was complete confusion. There were three groups of people there trying to pick up the trucks they had rented, and no one was having any luck. There were no people working at the location to ask for help. It took us about a half an hour to pick the truck up, and when we left there were still six people trying to pick up.
