Uhaul in general is not very good locally they are top notch call to corporate not acceptable. Not happy penski so much better and I rent generally 2 to 3 trucks s week

MITCHELL SThe staff was not so accommodating when we first arrived. I was told they do not handle 26' box trucks and that it would not be there when we stopped to pick it up many times. I had to go online to reserve the truck because the staff was not willing to get the truck we wanted. It was a bad experience.
Donald GThe facility lost the key and took over an hour, and directed us originally to the wrong location where the pickup was supposed to take place but had to call uhaul multiple times for them to tell us to drive across the railroad tracks to a car dealership which is when they realized the key was misplaced. Thus taking over an hour to just pick up the uhaul
