There was trash in the cab. Then I was charged $100 more than quoted. I was told this place was the cheapest around for U-Haul’s but definitely were not!

i am confused why since i rent every weekend and my milage price changes from .99 to 1.09 going to have to switch
RICKIE Khad to wait on hold for 2 hr to get in the lock box just to find there was no key. then had another hour in tracking someone down to get us a key . 3 hours after planned pick up time. very disappointed
Theresa SUhaul in general is not very good locally they are top notch call to corporate not acceptable. Not happy penski so much better and I rent generally 2 to 3 trucks s week
