The lost the truck that was returned and keys put in the after hours drop box. As for all of U-Haul: This has been the absolutely worst experience I have ever had. First - They changed the name on the reservation - why? Who knows. Second - after Uhaul called me Friday informing that my reservation was not available until Sunday and they offered NOTHING Uhaul cost me time and money as I had to pay the movers for Saturday in which they did nothing cause we had no truck. I had to ask for a credit and was only given $20! Third - Uhaul called me three times to change the location for the dropoff and we ended with the address of 10621 NE Coxley Dr, we dropped of the truck Monday evening Fourth - I had called to get a refund and had to argue to get $100 after only being offered $30, then $50, then $75. Absolutely ridiculous after what I have been through already. Fifth - Wednesday morning I receive a call from the Andreesen location stating that they have yet to get the truck - that I dropped off Monday at the location UHual told me to! Now they cannot seem to find a large truck and told me they don't want me being charged. WHAT! Sixth - I have again contacted U-Haul for a refund for all this hassle and no word yet. Note: the regional person in Vancouver had to drive to the Coxley location to locate the truck that someone (employee) took the keys from the drop box and moved the truck to the back lot.

The locks it took me three hours just to unlock it
Diana FMy move was a nightmare. I had to do more than I was physically capable with chronic Fibromyalgia.The only thing that went well was the U-Haul rental. I was exhausted, stressed, and in a lot of pain. The rep went above and beyond to accommodate. She was understanding, quickly inspected the U-Haul and processed the needed documentation efficiently. Making sure I received the refund that I didn't know I was to receive! A 10+ on both picking up and dropping off the truck!
ROCHELLE RTook almost a hr and half to check in on ap and get truck. The truck was backed into a bush that had to climb on to open back door. Inside was dusty and not as clean as previous rentals I have done with u. It hadn't been washed and windshield was so dirt at night when picked up tried driving but inside glass so dirty had to stop and get napkin to wipe a area so I could see better. When I pulled into gas station aboutva mile from pick up there was a cop followed me from pick up into station. Did not hit lights but did talk to me to make sure I was not impaired. As it was hard to maintain just my lane cause i couldn't see. I don't know if I would rent from again. It was stressful and a hassle. If I did not need it so bad next day I would have gone back parked and ended rental.
CHRISTOPHER JYou guys overcharged the heck out of me. You said a dolly I rented was missing. That’s incorrect. It was returned locked in the correct position it was in to begin with. You overcharged me for fuel by a long shot. I returned the vehicle with more fuel than I left it. The person I returned the truck to scheduled on my rental day confirmed all these things were accurate and that my total was set at $86 with everything out the door. I want the charge corrected the remainder returned to my card immediately. This is such sloppy bookkeeping. Just sad.
