NATHAN SThe Uhaul app was incredibly slow and kept timing out. It made the process take 20 minutes to just check out the truck. Very frustrating to waste our time like that.

TIEHUA YThis was to be returned to another location selected through the U-Haul app, however when I called to confirm, the place stated they DO NOT accept returns. This was unbelievable and a large inconvenience. U-Haul’s savior was the return location in orchards wa. Excellent help and made the rental experience a positive one. I would strongly suggest that U-Haul check out return locations, and disqualify bad reps..
