JAMES WThey were expecting my drop off but someone called me from UHaul saying I needed to choose a different location for drop off because the computer said they were not accepting any drop offs. Not a hiccup I wanted to hear as I was dropping the truck off.
Susan BTold rep I wanted to return unit in Phoenix, he put Casa Grande on agreement and I didn't catch it. Hassle to fix when I got to Phoenix.
