My son, who drove the truck up for me, arrived after hours and wasn't sure what to do. He didn't have my login information, so couldn't use the QR code. We just hoped everything was ok.

JEFFREY DWas told that if I picked up at this location I would be given a free day, meaning they just added another day to my rental, which I didn’t need, so I got nothing for doing this. Very misleading. I was expecting to have a day of charges dropped off the bill. Won’t recommend U-Haul to anyone, will recommend Penske.
JERID MNot having customer parking at this location makes it a bit more challenging for pickup and drop-off, but the staff and service were fabulous.
GARY WDropped off after hours so no one was there. But it was well-lit and it was easy to find the key drop box
