Terrible communication and they didn't have all the equipment needed. They may be go to several different locations to pick things up. Terrible terrible service.
Joseph wHave better equipment as the junk you provided was unsafe and unreliable. I spoke to the 800 number and lodged a complaint. Reference number 5192670. The we were over charged for fuel as we had receipts. The agents were not helpful.
Moniemarie GDidn't know what they was doing never got the printout of order/receipt. Then tried to charge my card for some reason without my knowledge.
CHAD C24/7 rental pickup is not available at this location. Website says it was available. This location closes early
