your reservation system is gor YOUR advantage and NOT the customer. When the customer makes the reservation they are NOT GUARANTEED of getting the vehicle they need at the LOCATION they need. I rented 2 different trucks in the last month. one i had to pick up 60 miles away from the planned site, the other i had to take 2 days early to guarantee i would get it, paying the extra because i had people scheduled on both ends and airfare in between. the trucks are fine but if they can rent your reservation out from under you they will so you cannot count on them to be where you need them with what you need.
