Inform your customers when the location changes from a full service location to a self service location. I waited for 2 hours, calling repeatedly until the location had someone answer the phone and tell me that they could not help me because it was a self service location, which I did not know because I was not told that in either the confirmation email or phone call. Then the app didn't work and it took me another 45 min on the phone to get support to pick up the truck.

Your associate at the location tried to be helpful but really didn’t know enough to manage that location. We had a traction alert going off on one truck before we even got to our furniture location and before we started our trek homeward, the check engylight was on in the other one! So I have to question their maintenance
