U-Haul should not overcharge people!!! Rented a U-Haul and told them when I was bringing it back, didn’t need the 4 day rental. The guys told me that U-Haul would credit the difference back to me, I returned it 3 days early like I told them. Contacted U-Haul about getting and updated invoice that shows the difference and total charges. I was told by U-Haul that’s not how it works and they still charged me $600 for a 1 day rental on a 6x12 trailer. They will never get my money again and I will never recommend them to anyone!

There was no one there due to it being a Sunday so there are no complaints from me.
KRISTA FDidn't like being accused of not turning in equipment.and the return fuel charge is off by half a tank.You will be reported to Coorporate.
DONAVIN CMileage rate error and rental pad fee issues not rectified.
