I would make sure that your mom website is updated with current locations and it won’t ALLOW some to reserve a U-Haul and show up ONLY to find the location is no longer there. Not good. This was about a location near the Air Base in Columbus MS.

Albert BI was able to check the trailer back in without using the do-it-yourself. Much easier! The owner also took care of the trailer, getting it where it needed to go.
Julie JI had a confirmed reservation but I could not pick up with the app, the clerk onsite could not get the pick up complete so we had to call UHaul rep. Still took a long time. I was there over an hour to pick up the truck and trailer. Onsite reps were nice, but could not get it done.
