This was authorized drop off and pickup location. The people at H and H grocery were extremely nice but they had no clue how to get us the vehicle and auto transport trailer we reserved. They were not trained AT ALL! We waited for over and hr for someone to walk them through how to get our reservation dispatched. It was extremely frustrating because we were on a time schedule. If the owner is only gonna be on site on weekends, please get those people trained so no one else has to wait hours. This was totally unacceptable. And also, the vehicle was extremely nasty on the inside. It had dog hair everywhere. Extremely disappointed in this uhaul experience.

I thought this drop off location was unusual because of it's remoteness, but everything was handled professionally.
