To check your all truck odometer because from A to B was 42 miles in total base on my Google map GPS the truck said 61 miles. And is not the first time I paid $42 Extra...Google can't not be wrong when I add 10 dollars for fuel to fill up the tank...

The A/C shuts off evry once in a while . Needs to be fixed. Besides that, everything was great
Stephen HThe app that I was supposed to use was not working - it would not let me share location to upload and so I had to send pics by email. I also had trouble adjusting the mirrors so some helpful instructions on how to adjust would have been good. Otherwise, it was a good experience overall.
Louay CThe truck was not swept out but it was ready . I didn't originally choose McAfee hardware for my U. Haul rental. I chose another place but was told I needed to go online and reserve was redirected to McAfee hardware for me. It was great because the destination was closer.
Deborah RWhy was I charged for two days when I only rented it for one? I called ahead to say I was going to be a little late and they said fine no problem just have it here by 11 am and I did. There was no mention of a late fee. Won't use you again. Had to sweep truck out when I got to my destination. Prior person never swept it out.
