Using the app, the can pick-up and drop-off was pretty simple. Was able to leave my car parked on the street while using the rental van.

More U-Haul as a company here: Pretty pricey overall. Not sure I’d use it again. My quoted price on the website was much less than what I paid when I picked up which was confusing to me. Website is deceiving.
Samantha wPut a sing thar you can find. A 20 cm stiker behind a window and behind a parkerd car is not easy to find. I spent 1h looking for a Uhaul place not a carshop with a sticker I didn't know anything about the process for receiving the vehicle. I found that by myself. Better maintenance of the vehicle, a tire with a small tear, no spare tire and lot of garbage behind the seats (cans and food packaging)
Manuel AGreat customer service, fast and effective, but there is no frills
Devi MI was dissappointed they didnt have my large appliance dolly which I needed. Instead they gave me a small dolly 3 dollars cheaper which I didnt use as it would work on large freezer. Also the windshield cleaner was completely empty so couldnt see through windshield. The gas was a little under full but when I gilled it up it went way past full costing 45 dollars. Im sure it would of only cost 30 dollars for me if it was filled properly. Other than this I had a great experience as guy was very friendly and not his fault wrong dolly is there. Uhaul should of let me know its not offrred at this location.
