We made a reservation to pickup in Farmville, VA Breezy Uhaul months ago for our daughter's graduation. The day before they called us and said they did not have a truck for us, but found another one...45 minutes in the wrong direction to pickup in Victoria. We dealt with it, but should not have had to. Very disappointing Uhaul. Really put a lot of unnecessary stress on the day.

Very easy process to drop off the truck and the people there were very friendly and great to work with
