Three days for some people is too much time. You should allow people to choose the amount of time they need a truck or whatever from a person. It’s not like y’all don’t have a lockdown on a persons money when they are using your vehicles and equipment.

PENNY MThe first rental malfunctioned then I had to cancel that transaction through u-haul. The attendant at the pickup location was not helpful at all.
