There was a significant language barrier with the attendant and he really didn't seem to understand what he was doing. I did not receive the equipment I reserved, but I was still charged for it. The air conditioning in the truck was not working and it was an extremely uncomfortable (100F+ temperatures) six hour drive.
Kathryn PWe made a reservation to pickup in Farmville, VA Breezy Uhaul months ago for our daughter's graduation. The day before they called us and said they did not have a truck for us, but found another one...45 minutes in the wrong direction to pickup in Victoria. We dealt with it, but should not have had to. Very disappointing Uhaul. Really put a lot of unnecessary stress on the day.

TIMOTHY PVehicle was not clean and the customer service person did not try to get it cleaned . He just ignored it and kept going thru the rental process.
