During use it was immediately noted that surge brakes on auto transport were not working. I checked the brake fluid and found it to be in acceptable range. This could not be found until the trailer was being used with a load. I notified the operator of the problem, and he immediately turned a ticket into U-Haul as I watched. I hope U-Haul takes this information and repairs the brakes on the trailer I rented. The operator, Johnny, was very helpful during hookup and upon returning the trailer. I would recommend his location to anyone in my area.
