This place does not need to be renting Uhauls. I arrived, the man at the counter did not speak good English, he told me I could not rent it right now because the man was not there, so I told the man at the counter I needed the truck, he gave me a man's phone number, told me to call him, I called him, he told me that he could not come and rent the truck because he had errands he had to run, so i tried to rent it online, the system told me that I could not do it and call this Uhaul number, so I called that number, then while on hold, another man called me and was a friend of the man who was suppose to rent me the truck, he tried to help me.....the story goes on and on.....I finally got the truck. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
HOLLY Cstarted off at another location who had rented out the unit i was to pick up. uhaul sent me to another location to pick up. they were closed. uhaul did help me over the phone to get the unit. when i took it back to the location they were open. the guy ran out and looked at the unit and went back in. didn't even offer to help unhook the unit. will never go here again.
STEPHEN BEmployee was not aware of return procedure and had to call 800 U-Haul to return check in on trailer
TANA NI had to rob a pig tail from another trailer. The person working there knew nothing about trailers.
