Didn't receive the truck I ordered, didn't receive the dolly or moving blankets I ordered, and it took almost an hour from when we showed up at pick up time until we finally got the keys
KELSEY PRental company didn’t know how to do the computer work. They tried to charge me $59.99 for rental and $20 for insurance instead of pulling up my reservation that was $29.99 for rental and $10 for insurance. After ten minutes of arguing they finally charged me the proper cost. Trailer had no jack to lift it up for hook up which hurt my back lifting and pulling it onto the hitch. No one helped me hook it up or unhook it and agin hurt my back lifting and pulling back to get it off hitch

Sheldon FNot much, this is a very small town location where the UHaul dealer is in a local gas station, which is also a general store and a Pizza Hut franchise. That is the only reason I have rated it average. The equipment was as described (subject to what I have to say below about getting a 26' truck when I rented a 10' truck and the massive gas expenditure as a result). Staff were helpful and understood UHaul's systems. I was given a 26' truck when I had booked a 10' truck. While I understand how UHaul's business operates, The larger truck used nearly $500 in gas to go 700 miles. The cost of gas was nearly the cost of the rental. This would not have been the case had I received the 10' truck. Some accommodation or discount should be provided when a customer is put in a much larger vehicle than they asked for, for long haul trips for this fact.
