Location was not open at 10am, delaying pickup by 20 mins. Vehicle was not pulled up, retrieval involved walking back out the front door, around to the back of the building, and all the way through the back alley to the end of the far fence, about 250-300 yards. The vehicle did not drive very well, transmission has a hard time shifting through gears to accelerate. Thankfully, I only needed this truck for 29 miles.

Truck is not in the main parking lot. It is in a back lot. It is not close to the key drop off location.
Franklin CHow can I give an honest answer to “was the equipment well maintained” I’m not 100% sure but how do they maintain the equipment at a medical supply store? I didn’t see any service repair area.
KEVEN KWhen we went to pick-up our reservation. The employee had no clue about our reservation or that there even was one nor how to operate the equipment nor how to work through the process of checking it out. He had to call someone several times to let me go with the truck and auto transport. The employee had no idea how much fuel was in the truck either.
ERIC MNever given information about drop off. Followed instructions on outside sign, but didn't see any designated uhaul parking spots. Couldn't get any help since the place was closed by the time we dropped the truck off and number was not a available after hours. Also didn't have the equipment I ordered.
