The Location was great, but I wouldn't do online pickup. It was too difficult, because GPS didn't always pickup location. I paid for a dolly, but no dolly was on the truck. Other than that, i would use them, but would pick up with someone there.

JACK PWhen we arrived, they told my husband to hook up the trailer. We refused for liability reasons. Upon trying to return the trailer on Monday, this location was closed - called texted - could not reach anyone. Had to leave the trailer at the rear of the store - took pictures to verify. Then had to call 2 different UHaul numbers to let someone know it had been returned so we weren't charged for the day the location was closed. Won't use this location again. Prefer to use the UHaul locations with staffing.
