Only bad thing was the floor was dirty and left a oil stain on our brand new carpet everything else was great

The questionnaire asks if the vehicle is clean. I believe it was a yes or no answer. Sometimes there is lighte dirt on the floor Board so I say it is many people I think look for a detail answer to that question. Before returning this particular vehicle, I took it to a car wash and sprayed off existing mud underneath the wheel walls. This truck was cleaned, but not until I decided to return it. I love the availability and the app. The people at this location where tip top other than that. Go U-Haul!
DANNY OUhauls I ordered were not available and was an incredible inconvenience. The closest uhauls available that I needed were hours away and I was only informed 30minutes before my pickup time after calling MULTIPLE times during the week. People at the location were incredibly accommodating, but Uhaul as a whole has done this to me multiple times and I will not be using them again.
