The person who helped me check out the truck was helpful, even with the UHaul app crashing constantly and my before-hours pickup not working due to UHaul's own issues. He helped me to ge the truck checked out despite all of this, and we were able to move in time. My main request to UHaul would be to streamline the app experience and make it more reliable - having an app crash constantly on the morning of your moving day is a sour way to start the whole experience.
