The online check out did not work well and would not allow me to upload photos. The vehicle was available without issue but the cargo area was not swept out and had spilled coffee or soda in it. I cannot speak to how easy it would work if I had been able to come during open hours

Not clean- cabin had a strong pee smell, and I could barely see through the windshield with all the bug splatter on it. Would not recommend because they only had the 1 truck that I was picking up, there in their lot. If anything was wrong with that truck (wouldn’t start, dead battery, low/flat tire) , it would’ve been a major headache & greatly delayed me.
JOANNA CThe location was great for my needs but the Uhaul experience of checking out with taking the pictures was awful. It took me taking about 5 pictures of each position on the truck that was required before the pics were accepted and I could finalize the drop-off. It took me about 30-40 minutes to drop go through the process. And this was after a long day of moving! I will never rent a Ihaul like this again. There is something to say about actually working with a human when it comes to customer service! Also, I requested a closer pick up site but they called me one day before and told me that my size of truck that I requested wasn't available at the site I wanted. So, with only a day's notice, I had to drive to a further location to pick up the truck. I may rent a truck somewhere else from now on.
