Trailer was dropped at location on 11/1 but I just received an extra day charge and saying returned on 11/3…What?

Daniel WThe folks here were very nice and friendly. Checkout was quick and easy. Should I need to rent Uhaul again I would return to this location. The only thing I would want to see improved would be having more options to tie things in place. For example, the wood slats were to slim to accept a ratchet strap on even a bungie cord since neither would not fit through it. Some tie down hooks would be great. Thanks.
Richard EI had to disconnect the trailer myself so it would have been nice to have someone else do that because I had nowhere to wash my hands. The location was a stark contrast from where I picked up but it worked. Owner (?) was friendly and polite.
