TERRELL Rmy experience was horrible! We tried to call UHaul back and they told us someone would be contacting us. Nobody has. The first call sent us to a location closed on MONDAY! We had to drive an additional 2 hours the opposite direction of the needed location. Then had to drive an additional 2 hours back. This was ridiculous. We had uhauls in our city. We would like someone to call us back. 763-516-3480. Andy
