He was very helpful and gave me a break on the mileage rate. However, the cab of the truck smelled horribly of urine. It was gross. I tried to text and call about it but got no response.

Very small lot, hard to maneuver vehicles. Not the best customer service. Rushed to sign a document when I was trying to read before signing. I would not pick up from this location in the future.
