The problems were with the corporate setup and inability to download pics of trailer as requested. I had to make a few call to the U haul center for clarification and correct timing for my reservation and length of rental. numerous emails to comply with corporate requests.
DAN NNo one was there, everything handled by phone, but it was all good.
Michael MI don’t have any issue with the location. The proprietor was friendly. I looked at the rates on the website then called the next day to confirm availability and booked. It wasn’t disclosed to me that the mileage rate increased by 20cents/mile on Fridays. As a result it would have been cheaper to hire a delivery company and save the hassle of driving myself. U-Haul pricing has just gotten too expensive on weekends. Will look at other options in the future
