Very easy and convenient. Even when I had an issue with the app - someone on the U-Haul team helped me right away over the phone and the issue was resolved pretty quick. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone in the Washington MO area.

If a first time renter explain the pick up process if it before or after hours. It was such an easy process just didn’t know what to expect.

BI called to tell them they gave me a faulty key, they said to call the 1-800 number so I did, they told me to call the location where I rented the uhaul they said to call the 1-800 number so I called the police station to notify them I was leaving the u haul because the key broke and nobody could help me
