Uhaul corporate is despicable.
CATHY SThis was our second place to pick up the truck because the first place was not ready, Chris had to come into work on his day off to get this truck for us, it was ready to go when we got there
DWIGHT DThe drop off location did not have any staff on-site despite arriving during business hours. I called the numbers provided at the site but received no answer and both entrances to the site were locked, so I could not get in. After texting the numbers I tried calling, I did get a response and told where to leave the UHaul trailer and was able to complete the turn-in with the app. However the the person I spoke with through text kept telling me that UHaul was going to close that location and didn't know why it kept sending people there to turn in equipment. Which made me very uncertain about the drop off. Their attitude of "I don't know why UHaul keeps sending people to this UHaul drop off location" didn't make sense to me.
