The owner of this service location, Kim, was excellent. GREAT customer service. Among the best for UHaul facilities we have used.
Michael MWe did not realize our credit card or auto insurance did not cover uhaul rentals. The owner was extremely helpful with this situation. Pickup and return process was easy and fast.
Michael DMy mistake was going inside to pick up vs. the app. The equipment itself is brand new and easy to drive. The male worker who greeted me was condescending from my first encounter with him. At one point he called my husband to verify my identity. I rented from this same place 3 weeks ago and had a much better experience with the female workers. His answers to my questions were demeaning and unnecessary. Will not return to this location.
