The area of town it's located in is less than safe. The key had to be picked up on the street and the lock at the lock box was difficult to open. The truck reaked of cigar smoke and body odor and the box was not even broom cleaned. The truck had just over 1/4 tank of gas in it.

Janet ANo signs and when I parked the truck, I had to get it out the very narrow driveway on reverse to park it at a random parking lot on the opposite street. Wouldn't recommend this address as a drop off to anyone.
