I had to wait almost twenty minutes past the location's scheduled opening time to pick up the truck due to the location operator's late arrival.

Do not try to charge for fuel when the tank was exactly where it was when picked up.

Rented a van today. Everything went very smoothly, but I do not like the way the gas refill is handled. We renters should start with a full tank, otherwise it's just too difficult. I put too much gas in tank. It was only a gal over but still, how many other people do this? It's a bit of a rip off!

Easy process. The guy at this location was so nice. Very friendly, helpful, GOOD employee and great representative for Uhaul.

Along with the truck (10 footer), i rented 12 moving blankets. The blankets were handed to me out of packaging. As they were blankets, I didn't think anything of it until I went to return the truck (different location). Having folded the blankets the way they were provided to me (in half, then half again, then half again, as you would a normal blanket), i was informed this was not the "proper way" to fold, and they threatened to charge me a significant fee to "clean" (e.g. refold the blankets). There was no instruction as to the proper way to return the blankets upon pickup; recommend adding this in the future to avoid potential unexpected charges at the end.

Very efficient operation.

The people were great. But the cab of the van smelled strongly of rotting fish. They did give me a small discount to make up for it, but the experience of the smell was disgusting. Good thing the weather was nice and i could open the Windows!

If I have to think of something, I'd say that the additional equipment rented with the truck could already be loaded into the truck and waiting for me before I arrive.

There was a mix up for my pickup location. The woman working was great and took care of everything for me.

Nothing, woman was very helpful and courteous---would highly recommend.

This facility was not were I reserved my truck from, it was further away from my desired pick up point and my moving start place. I was never notified about the change and when I went to the my place of choice they couldn't even find the reservation because U-Haul dispatcher changed the pick up location. When they did find it, they couldn't take the time to tell where the new location was, gave me the "how do I know where it is" answer. When I got to the new pick up location it was closed for another one and half hours. I have movers ready and had to pay them to sit around while I screwed around waiting for U-Haul. I called U-Haul and they gave me the "oh the computer system has not been working right". This is suppose to be a national company. When I finally got the truck the front end was so bad it was scary, never again. I just don't trust them anymore.

Everything was great. Nice place to pickup. Well maintained vehicle and clean. It might be nice to have a owners manual in the rental for all the dash gagets.

Very happy. Easy pick up and drop off. Great way to get my daughter to college!

There were glass fragments in the truck that stuck in my things and hand.

Great pick up/drop off location

It would be nice if the 10' truck had some kind of loading ramp. Though I did not have too much to move, some items were very heavy and hard to lift into the truck. Other than that everything else was fine.

First the truck was advertised for 19.95. The tank was listed as 5/8 and the gauge read 1/2. The mileage was different. I only went 10 miles total. I was charged 12.50 for refueling ( 3 gallons). With all the addons, the bill was 61.86. I will not us UHaul Again.

The U-Haul was very hard to start. It was very, very, cold that day, and you had to lift the shift handle a certain way to start. The Lady at the Office was the BEST, wonderful person.

The manager and another woman "NEVER" told me that I had to have $100 available on a credit card, just that I had to have enough to cover the fee and mileage. When I arrived to rent it, the manager argued that she "DID" tell me, when she "did not", and after I figured out how to pay without the "credit card", I was able to take the truck, which I used for about 90 minutes and drove 9 miles total. She was VERY argumentative and unprofessional, and I will NEVER use that place again!!!!

Nothing. The woman (Yvonne) was very pleasant and accommodating.
