There was only moving blankets in the truck. I had requested and paid for a utility dolly and furniture dolly, but there was not either in the truck. Other than that it was clean and I was able to complete the job without the equipment.

The TruckShare check-out/check-in process via smartphone is convenient, but is invariably slow, and I don't think it's because of my mobile connection speed. It's not an app, just a website. At the end of the return, which I did after business hours, it went abruptly from uploading photos of the truck to a generic home page without telling me that my return was complete. That left me unsure whether my return was accepted or my rental was still active and I would be billed for an extra day. I had to re-login and double check that "I had no active reservations," I guess that's as good a confirmation as you can get. U-Haul, you need to spend a few $ on some app updates.
