The truck that I rented had a badly damaged door. A lot of wind noise and if it rained driver would get wet.
stanley hThere was no one at the location to turn in the vehicle. I called and texted the number provided ON THE DOOR with no response. A separate uhaul representative had to call me to confirm I did return the vehicle on time. If I had not taken picture evidence, there’s no way to know this location would be honest about vehicle return time or condition.

O'Mar MI ordered a trailer online. Office was closed during business hours when I got there. Sign on door said to call a number. I got a recorded message that said they would call back. Never happened. I wound up taking the trailer and notified the central number on the reservation that I was in possession of the trailer.
