I was rerouted to this drop off location by my original drop spot staff while I was en route. They sent me a text to confirm. Upon arrival at the Porter Dr location, the staff person initially refused my return of the truck. Ultimately, he called dispatch and and accepted the return but said he was forced to charge me extra mileage, which was only caused my the rerouting by U-Haul.
