I was told I could return the trailer to any location, and when the people rented it out to me they marked in under the wrong contract(in-town contract). I made sure and asked them if I could return it at a different location and they said yes. I had never rented a trailer from u-haul and most likely will never again since I was charged for dropping it off at the wrong location.

I did not order my U haul from this location I was Extremely upset with the entire situation. I had ordered a U-Haul from Stilwell, Oklahoma and was told to pick it up at 10:30 in the morning, and when we arrived to pick it up, we were told that the U-Haul was 30 minutes away in Watts Oklahoma, so we had to take a trip out there and pick it up out of our way and wasting our time Which Cost me a whole lot more than the IHaul rental itself!
