the people on Hwy 77 were fine. but we did NOT have an assigned drop off point--just Waxahachie, because we did not know which location was closer. we tried to drop off the location in waxahachie, near the Dart Corp. we were told they DID NOT HAVE ROOM for the truck, when we could see lots of space around for the truck. as a result, we had to drive over 7 miles, thru the city with the 26ft. truck. i dont know why the person refused to accomodate us at the first location. (the people on Hwy 77 were fine)

Briana CMaps app could not find the correct location. I had to call the location to be guided to it. Also, the truck's brake pads desperately needed to be changed.
Jedediah OCustomer service was great and the people there are very helpful and professional. I would use them again.
