Wrong truck was left for us and the app would not allow us to start or end the rental. The license plate and mileage did not match up. The digital pick up didn’t work and we had to wait an hour past our pick up time to get the truck. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service before and after the rental trying to sort it out. Final price was much higher than quoted online. Never had so much trouble with a Uhaul rental before.

Cedric HWas easy to pick up the truck and the instructions to obtain the key were quite good as well as the truck was conveiently parked out front..Roof had a leak so there was quite a bit of water in the truck particiuarly on the shelf.We mopped it up but as it continued to rain t got many of our boxes wet. Fortuunately we had plastic covers for the mattresses so they did not get wet. Someone had smoked in the cab and it smelled quite heavy of smoke. Very minimal gas. Drove 10 miles and the low gas light came on.
