Wasn't open when I arrived and then had to go through another 30 - 45 mins through trying to reach someone to simply drop the truck off. Unbelievable! My time seems to mean nothing to your organizing.

KELLEN MWrong truck was left for us and the app would not allow us to start or end the rental. The license plate and mileage did not match up. The digital pick up didn’t work and we had to wait an hour past our pick up time to get the truck. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service before and after the rental trying to sort it out. Final price was much higher than quoted online. Never had so much trouble with a Uhaul rental before.
