I talked with uhau logistics because the equipment I made a reservation for, 30 days in advance was no where to be found. Then talking to logistics what they said they would do did not happen. I have always had excellent customer service with uhaul, but now your customer service could care less and makes empty promises.

I reserved a 26 foot truck. Uhaul, logistics did not make that happen.
