WILLIAM KThe uhaul phone app needs work. It didn’t work for me. Couldn’t take requested pictures prior to driving the truck. I had good internet service but the app was extremely slow. The people who rented the truck were very helpful, nice and friendly. Overall I had a very good experience.
CARL SI talked with uhau logistics because the equipment I made a reservation for, 30 days in advance was no where to be found. Then talking to logistics what they said they would do did not happen. I have always had excellent customer service with uhaul, but now your customer service could care less and makes empty promises.
