I also rented a toy trailer and was told that I needed my own tie down straps to anchor the truck down when I went to pick it up, just wish I know before hand.

BEVERLY SThe location was unstaffed during core/daytime business hours. It's located in an area which leaves some uncertainty whether you are in the right place. That said, there were some signs on where to leave a vehicle, and the App process for dropping off was quite good.
