No, he never checked the gas mileage or the truck himself. He even accused me of having the key before I even rented the truck. As it was my first time renting. The gas was on E 7.0 exact before pulling off the lot. The check engine light was on and loud like a lawnmower. I am very disappointed in how the service was handled. Which causes me more fees on the back end.

My scheduled pickup time was 10am. I showed up at 930am ro give time for paperwork. The business was supposed to be open at 9am. At 945am I called uhaul to ask what was goijg on. They called the business owner who told them "the power is out. I will be there in 5 to 10 minutes ". There were 7 other business in that plaza. All had their electricity on. At 1015 he finally showed up. Then because of paperwork I couldn't leave until after 1030am. When he finished with me he left again. We never even went into the business. Him beijg late then lead to me getting stuck behind an accident for more than an hour.. then stuck in rush hour traffic. It turned a 6 hour round trip into a 9 hour round trip.
