The owner is super understanding! I rented a U-Haul from this location and the card transaction did not go through at first. He’s been very communicative about how to go through the steps to resolve it so I can avoid debt collection! Highly recommend using this location, I will be back to rent a U-Haul next year for sure!

KIMBERLY ESmoke in office was bad but the people were great and knowledgeable. If I could’ve done a checkout on my phone and they helped me hook up - it would be perfect. Also my pickup changed and I was not notified
