Great service. Quick and easy unlike some of the big locations. No lines to wait in.
THOMAS BThe process was a little daunting for a first time user in that I kept getting locked out of my account and Uhaul sent soooo many emails before my move that it was very hard to find the one that stated how to actually pick up the truck. Steamlining it would have beeen nice or mentioning to the user that the pickup location opened at 9:30 if I prefered a human.
Nicole SBoth location and facility are not a dedicated franchise to upkeep and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. The vehicle engine odometer reading was past 143,000 miles. The "Check Engine" warning light was constantly on. The Emergency/Parking Brake got stuck and wouldn't release readily. I had to pull the release lever repeatedly. The rental was pricey. There was a misunderstanding about the after hours return time. I am not the type of person to slander. But if I'm asked, I will not recommend this business, and I will not advertise this business to anyone.
