We were very disappointed in the quality of the truck assigned to us, the vehicle was not well maintained and there was difficulty in driving and maneuvering the truck. I would def. use U-Haul again but will never use this location or recommend to anyone I know....

John WThe clerk took 15 minutes to check me out even though I reserved online bcz she was attending to her minor child. So pickup time had to be adjusted to 4:45p. When I returned the truck one hour and 8 minutes later, the male clerk refused to check me out 5:53p even though there were no customers in the store and did not send a receipt via email until 6 hours later at 11:47p. He also incorrectly put the return time at 7:30p instead of the actual time of 5:53p.
