No one there during posted hours. Waited 30 min to pick up a scheduled rental. Had to make several calls to each someone.

The owner was dressed like a pimp and acted like he thought he was one first of all... very unprofessional. He didn't open his business at 8. We had to wait on him to drive from his house. We realized we had left our hitch at home and had to go buy one from right up the road. (He tried to sell us one from out if his trunk for $25. They cost $11.) When we got back 5 minutes later, he had left and gone home again. We had to wait on him to show up a second time. Once we got the trailer and were headed out, we stopped to get gas and realized there was no bottom door latch on the backend of the trailer, so it could be easily pushed open at the bottom and stuff could fall out. We had to stop and get ratchet straps to secure it. Then he left our drop off location blank when I told him Trenton, TN. 2 days after we had returned the trailer, I'm getting calls from a place in Jackson, TN asking where the trailer was. Trenton, TN saw the trailer sitting there (when we got there at 7:30AM to drop it off, no one was at that location either) and never checked it in or even tried to figure out where it came from. Luckily we took pictures when we dropped it off, so we could prove what we were saying was true.
