Lori (at the shop) was amazing. Even drove put on her day off to get me the keys. However, corporate Uhaul had not done their job correctly and had not let the shop know there was a rental.

DAVID SPlease check the vehicle. I think it has an exhaust leak and when I used to shift the truck from Park to any gear, it seems to shift radically. Other than that. It was a pleasure full trip.
