Had no idea where we were return the truck. Location was closed when we got there. Dropped off key in organe box as instructed by the only nice lady we spoke to on the phone. Had to call several times to make sure they had the vehicle only to be charged over $85 for gas even though we had filled it back to the mark! This is a new kind of robbery! Another bad uhaul experience! We will be looking into another company that rents moving trucks. Uhaul sucks a lot. Sucks money, sucks energy and just flat out sucks. Sucks.

No one there when I dropped it off
Jeremiah RWe arrived at the location to pick up our rented u haul. There was no one at the location. I called the number on the sign. The manager answered and did not know anything about the rental. Said u haul had not informed him. He said it would be 20 minutes for him to get to the location. 40 minutes later he arrived. Things went ok after he got to the location but it was very aggravating that there was such miscommunication for the company.
